Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or differ significantly from the listing. Please share unboxing photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. Custom and personalised pieces are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. Refunds are issued within 7 working days of approval.
